1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer a variety of safe and accessible payment options. During checkout, you can choose from the following methods:

  • Shop Pay – Fast checkout with Shop Pay.

  • Bancontact – For Belgian customers.

  • Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express) – Payments are securely processed through our payment provider.

  • Klarna (Pay Later) – Receive your order first and pay later, according to Klarna’s terms and conditions.

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay – Easy payments via your smartphone or tablet.

  • PayPal – Pay using your PayPal account.

  • IDEAL - For Dutch customers; pay directly via your own bank

  • UnionPay – Supported for international cards

2. Payment Security

Your payment is processed through reputable payment providers with SSL encryption, ensuring your payment details are protected. We do not store full payment information (such as credit card numbers) ourselves.

3. Processing & Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

For Klarna payments, you will receive further instructions directly from Klarna regarding your invoice.

If a payment cannot be processed, your order will not be shipped. You will be notified of the failed payment and provided with instructions to complete the transaction again.

4. Invoices & VAT

All prices on our website include VAT, unless otherwise stated. The final total price shown at checkout includes all relevant taxes and fees (unless otherwise indicated).

5. Refunds

In case of cancellation or return (see our Return Policy), the purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for your order.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we have received your return in good condition.

For post-payment methods (such as Klarna), your invoice will be directly adjusted or canceled.
