2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Desire & Sleep and to every agreement concluded between Desire & Sleep and a consumer or business buyer through the website www.desireandsleep.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Product Information & Display

We do our best to describe and display our lighting products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, finish, or size may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing differences. Desire & Sleep cannot be held liable for such deviations.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payments can be made securely via iDEAL, Bancontact, Credit Card, or other offered payment methods.

We reserve the right to adjust prices. Price changes after purchase do not apply retroactively.

5. Delivery

We aim to ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times are indicative and do not entitle you to compensation in the event of delays, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery times are generally between 4 and 12 business days.

In cases of force majeure (such as weather conditions or delivery issues with postal services), delivery times may be extended.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right:

Send an email to info@desireandsleep.com including your order number.
Return the product in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to our mistake.

After receiving the return in proper condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 7 business days.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

Products that have been modified or damaged due to use
Lighting products with visible signs of use beyond normal inspection

7. Warranty & Complaints

All our products come with a statutory 2-year warranty, unless otherwise stated. This means the product must perform as you may reasonably expect.

8. Liability

Desire & Sleep is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the product, nor for indirect damage such as consequential loss or lost profits.

We only guarantee that the delivered product is suitable for normal use as described in the product information.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We handle your data with care. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how we use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

10. Intellectual Property

All texts, designs, photos, and product descriptions on our website are the property of Desire & Sleep. These may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.
